Experienced Plant Maintenance Engineer required for our client based in Grangemouth.
Candidates must have maintenance and mechanical integrity experience gained in similar environment.
Main Functions
Analyse failure events, proposing necessary preventive measures, with the goal of continuously improving the reliability of systems; Process fault reports providing support to the superior; Perform statistical surveys, using appropriate indices of monitoring the failure events; Carry out studies of improvement on machines, equipment, electrical equipment, tools, in order to reduce costs and to the improvement of availability, safety and environment aspects; Look after the definition of parameters and necessary methodologies to carry out preventive maintenance plans; Support the superior in carrying out preventive maintenance plans and, in conjunction with the relevant plant unit, define the best criteria for spare parts usage; support the maintenance execution for the relevant activities; assist in defining the standard work cycles; Support the superior to maximise the exchange, sharing and the development of information and experience acquired through the company knowledge management tools.
Additional Experience/Knowledge
Working under permit to work procedure in COMAH Site
Management of Crane (lifting plan)
Knowledge of PSSR and LOLAR
