Workshop Controller
Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking to recruit a Workshop Controller on behalf of a well-established company in the Oxford area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated workshop controller.
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating work to all technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved, and liaise with service advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
You will have a knowledge of either service or parts operation and be able to demonstrate working to short deadlines and prioritising the workload. This role requires flexibility, excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with both internal and external customers. You will need previous experience in running a fast paced workshop, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership skills for technicians.
