Internal Account Manager/Sales Support Executive - Watford

Our client, a global IT provider has an urgent requirement for an Internal Account Manager/Sales Support Executive to join their international headquarters in Watford. Working with major blue chip customers you will work directly alongside prominent IT Companies including Microsoft, Symantec and VMware, all within an environment which encourages; personal development, growth and progression.
The Role:
Internal Account Managers will work to strict SLA's and be an integral component to the Sales process; providing key communication between the Sales Team, Vendors and also Customers. You will also be responsible for the ongoing management of circa 30 accounts, upselling and cross selling into them while identifying opportunities for new business. From time to time, you will also be required to provide operational backup to a Senior Account Director; while also being POC for key accounts. Other key duties to the role will include but not limited to:
* Producing quotations
* Liaising with clients
* Chasing outstanding quotes/invoices
* Weekly reporting
Internal Account Managers:
The Successful Account Manager is likely to have a proven track record in Internal IT Sales with exposure to IT Sales Support. Candidates working Internal Account Management roles for an IT Sales company are suitable applicants to this position. A keen eye for detail, strong numerical and communication skills are a must, and will help set candidates apart.
