Our client is a leading specialist recruitment group. They are market leaders and the "agency of choice" for a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare and Engineering.
An exciting opportunity now exists for Graduates Trainees to join the August 2017 Graduate intake in fashionable new offices in Truro to work in the Education Recruitment market. Your graduate training scheme will see you quickly develop into a Recruitment Consultant placing candidates into supply teaching, and specialist education roles nationally.
The Package
* Competitive starting Salary of GBP18,000-GBP20,000 (rising quickly with subsequent promotions).
* Commission / Bonus scheme providing OTE of GBP40,000 in the first year, rising from there.

The Opportunity
* The company provides an environment in which to build a long term career. You will be acting as a partner to schools and colleges and working with candidates to secure their ideal roles.
* As a Recruitment Consultant you will need to be available your candidates outside of the normal 9-5 and you will typically be working from 8am to 6.30pm several days a week.
* Supported by the very best technologies and infrastructure, your graduate trainee scheme will see you embedded with the team from day one. You'll enjoy a carefully fostered a team-based environment, devoid of negative competition. As a result, you will be able to focus on your own development and learning to provide excellence to your clients and candidates.
* Be in no doubt that this is target-driven sales environment. A significant part of your role will be to develop relationships with key contacts within schools and colleges through telephone sales and marketing.
Person specification
* Recent (or 2017) Graduate
* You don't need any sales experience but good customer service skills are desirable.
* Applications are welcomed from previous years graduates, who have recently returned from travelling or other post graduation vocational experience.
* You will now be ready to embark on a career in business and have the drive and tenacity to succeed working in fast moving recruitment consultancy.
* You will have good communication skills and be capable of engaging with clients and candidates at a senior level.
