Customer Experience Consultant (French Speaking)
Salary: Up to GBP22,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Our client is a highly successful and reputable employer based in Ringwood, Hampshiire. They are currently looking for French speaking customer service professionals to join their busy team.
As a French Customer Experience Consultant, you will be required to deal with customers both in French and English. The main responsibilities of the role include:
* Quickly establish rapport with customer/prospect through the use of approachability, empathy, addressing the customer by name & intelligent questioning
* Assimilate, relay & provide information whilst paying close attention to detail
* Respond to customer queries and complaints via email or letter in both English and French.
* Remain positive, courteous & professional at all times
* Focus on customer to deliver the FCA guidelines and fundamentals of the call our client requires. At all points making sure customers are treated fairly.
* Communicate and empathise and a real willingness to help.
