Senior Trading Manager

This position will supervise and manage our existing staff and volunteers in our large retail store in Lancaster. It will need a retail manager looking for a new challenge, knowing the position is also helping us help rescued animals through our rescue centre. The manager will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed by the staff and volunteer team and the achievement of financial targets for the store. There will be a lot of hands-on work in managing such a busy store and customer care is essential
