Job Title: Temporary Contact Centre Advisor
Hours: Must be flexible between 9am-8pm, Monday to Sunday - 5 days a weeks Some weekends will be required - approximately one in three - either a Saturday or Sunday
Salary: GBP7.50 per hour
Location: Eastbourne
Our client, is seeking a temporary Contact Centre Advisor to join their inbound customer service team.
Due to being a temporary position this role would be dealing with non-critical calls and full training will be provided. Should this role interest you, there is a high possibility for this role to become permanent as the company expands.
Our client are interviewing immediately with a view to start Monday. This is an excellent opportunity from a leading employer of choice in Eastbourne.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute the highest quality of customer service during all calls
* Respond to all calls in accordance with the standards of service
* Treat all calls as critical unless proven different
* Support other departments as and when required
* Update customer records with new information
Requirements:
* English GCSE, C or above
* Good telephone manner and customer service skills
* Able to learn new information quickly
* Previous team working experience
20% uplift in payrate when working weekend hours
