Inbound Sales Agent
The Company and the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity with a growing and expanding financial services company. They are looking for a telephone based Inbound Sales Agent to work in a new office environment in Eastleigh, Hampshire. This position is full time permanent.
The Company started up a few years ago with 5 staff and has expanded to over 50+ employees. This is due to strong growth, a can do attitude and team work from all departments.
The Company is looking for an emotionally robust and experienced telephone based Inbound Sales Agent who has worked in a financial services environment. Delivering on an individual sales target based on 'Non-Cold Calling' sales, an understanding and implementation of Data Protection and other industry guidelines is the key to the businesses success.
Your will be part of a large, fast paced and experienced sales team made up of the different industry sectors of the business, (Commercial Sales, Consumer Sales, Fleet Sales).
Key Features of the Role:
As the Inbound Sales Agent, you will be working to a sales target based around inbound and out-bound customers, managed via your own diary, so the business needs someone who is able to organise and prioritise their own pipeline of business and diary management.
No cold calling is involved, as this is all through warm leads, existing clients, referrals and quote requests, coming from the company website or via other lead generation methods and other financial service suppliers.
You will become a regulated broker and the Company will supply you with the training and tools that you need to deliver a compliant and competitive product to your customers. Sales targets are based around income, quote levels and quality.
You will be expected to deliver a high quality service as well as ensure you achieve your targets, ensuring all customers are contacted with queries resolved in a timely manner.
Working Monday to Friday 8:50 to 17:30 and 1 Saturday in 4 from 9:00 to 13:00
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous exposure with Data Protection is a key requirement, whether that be from a financial services background or not.
You must have had previous telephone based sales background / experience, whether that be as an Inbound Sales Agent or as an Outbound Sales Agent. Working in a busy call centre environment, in a professional business to business or business to consumer role.
You must be proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
You must be emotionally robust and confident, due to the rigours and nature of the business and potential changing environment that we are now in.
What's on Offer?
A basic salary ranging from GBP15,000 to GBP20,000 depending on experience and how you come across at interview, with a maximum OTE of GBP30,000pa.
Professional qualifications are available through the business (subject to successful 6 month probation). The on-going opportunity to apply for professional qualifications within the financial services industry.
22 days holiday plus bank holiday, increases by 1 day per year, max 27 days.
