A UK based manufacturer based in Chard are growing their team in line up with upscaling of their product range and continued expansion plans.
They are seeking multiple Electronics Engineers with varying degrees of experience to join their energetic team creating hardware solutions for power / motor control applications. Technologies that you will work with include multilayer PCB design, microcontroller architecture, Altium, EMI, EMC, high voltage systems.
They have a broad development portfolio but typically you will be working on the full life cycle development of low-cost, high volume productions products. This will be a very hands-on role where you will be working very much at component level for high voltage systems.
Knowledge in the following areas will useful:
* Understanding of microcontroller hardware and architectures desirable
* Minimum of five years' experience developing / validating own circuit design
* Multilayer PCB design
* Altium Designer experience a distinct advantage
* Knowledge of power electronics & design for EMI/EMC compliance a distinct advantage
