Cyber Defence Operations Analyst

MCS Group is delighted to be representing one of the most prestigious Financial Technology companies in Belfast as they look to grow their in-house security team by recruiting for a Cyber Defence Operations Analyst.

This company specialise in providing tools to help their clients address market exposure and help manage risk and capitalise on opportunities. Based in Belfast the successful candidate will join an already established team and will be responsible for the daily administration and support of a variety of different security tools.

The Role:

• You will gain a deep understanding of a variety of different security tools used within the business. You'll take responsibility for the day to day administration of all security software tools. The successful Cyber Defence Operations Analyst will conduct any necessary configurations to security software as and when required. You will work with the rest of the security team to assist in any enquiries regarding cyber defence applications. Lead scheduled disaster recovery tests and review existing procedures to comply with best practices.

What's Required:

• Experience with administration/support of cyber security technologies.
• Operating knowledge of ITIL.
