GBP12-13 p/h contract (LTD / Umbrella) /GBP20-25k perm

4 month contract / Temp to perm (Immediate start)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Helpdesk Assistant with experience in a busy manufacturing or engineering environment looking for the next exciting step in your career?

Are you looking for an immediately available temporary to permanent role with a UK leader in plant equipment?

This rapidly expanding bespoke company is a market leader in plant hire, service and maintenance and has grown to become one of the dominant names in the industry with a network covering the length and breadth of the UK.

The role itself will involve taking calls from clients and customers for general customer service duties, inquires about parts, service and maintenance, complaints general admin duties etc. You will be required to problem solve queries whilst offering the highest level of customer service as well as organising the ordering of parts and engineer allocation to tasks.

This position of service/helpdesk assistant/ administrator requires a highly motivated and passionate person with a keen interest in learning about the product, offering the best possible service and being able to be a brand ambassador. For the right person this is a role that will evolve quickly as the department and company grows.

The Role:

*General customer service/helpdesk & administration in a busy manufacturing environment

*Taking high volume of calls from clients and customers and assisting them in their enquiries (enquires about parts, service and maintenance, complaints etc.)

*Organising ordering of parts and allocation of materials/staff

The Person:

*Highly motivated and passionate about learning about a new product

*Previous customer service/helpdesk/parts advisor /administration experience essential within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment

*Able to multi-task and juggle multiple tasks whilst giving the highest level of customer service and with an exceptional phone manner

*Computer literate a team player and ability able to stay calm under pressure

*Highly organised Friendly personality, personable
