Chef

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our fast growing and successful hospitality business in Cardiff. 

This post is for our newest venue, The Flora in Cathays Cardiff, that launched in September 2016 and has established itself as a must visit venue. 

Due to expansion of our kitchen team we have a position available for a second chef to assist directly our head chef. This is a really great opportunity for a chef who wishes to push boundaries and deliver something really special.

The venue prides itself in delivering a quality food, drink and hospitality experience meaning regular repeat custom.The Flora and its sister business Ten Mill Lane has an awesome team of staff that class themselves as a family. 

The position is available immediately.

Requirements for the position are as follows:

- Minimum 1 years Chef experience

- Experience of stock management

- Experience of assisting with creation of menus

- Experience of High volume food delivery

- Exceptional hygiene standards

- Organised

- Current food hygiene certificate

The role will really suit an individual that wants to make their name, have the authority to put their stamp on the menu and bring a little bit of their own awesomeness to the venue.
