Our client is part of a global company that provides innovative software and services to recruitment firms. They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring that customers get the most from our client’s software and services. 

In this important role, you’ll receive support to increase your technical and product knowledge to enable you to deliver a high quality service. 

You’ll forge strong relationships with both new and existing customers by maintaining frequent contact and building an in-depth understanding of their needs. 

Making daily calls to existing customers, you’ll manage expectations and keep customers informed of any new products and services. Above all, you’ll ensure that customer engagement, satisfaction and retention is maximised. 

To be considered, you must have: 

- Previous experience in an account management role 
- Knowledge and/or experience of using applications such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook 

Self-motivated and proactive, as an Account Manager, you must have a confident, amicable telephone manner and the ability to quickly build rapport with others. 

Previous experience of the recruitment agency market would be beneficial to your application.
