The Client
A national FM Company supplying total Waste Management solutions across the UK.
Purpose and Responsibilities
Ace Recruitment is currently looking for 2 procurement professionals within the waste sector one to join our clients Southern Supply Chain Team and one to join our clients Northern Supply Chain Team. As Regional Supply Chain Support you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager and the Account Teams in helping manage the Service Providers. Understanding and providing weekly information that will assist the client in improving performance and improved recycling.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the Supply Chain in your region as directed by the Supply Chain Manager ensuring KPI's are achieved
* Review business MI e.g. data to ensure all supply chain issues are dealt with promptly and effectively. Hold regular meetings with the Service Providers in their region to review/agree facility input specifications and monitor performance to improve recycling quality and report the outcomes to the Supply Chain Manager
* Develop weekly reports based on information from the supply chain to measure DC and Service Provider performance from data
* Support the Account Teams in producing the monthly customer KPI report by providing accurate, timely and relevant information as directed by the Supply Chain Manager
* Responsible in their regions for ensuring the delivery of zero waste to landfill on behalf of the client by working with the supply chain
Essential Experiences
A minimum of 2 years within the Waste Management, Environmental, FM or Industrial Services Sector
A minimum of 2 years as a Procurement/Supply Chain Professional.
Proven ability in analysing data/ reports, to identify areas for resolution and recommend solutions to remedy
Previous report writing experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Driving License is Essential
