HMC Compliance Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our expanding company as a Telesales Executive in our sales division based in St Neots. This is a new position which offers you the opportunity to earn £18k plus uncapped commission and a range of excellent benefits.

The Role

You will be office based and responsible for contacting potential and existing customers. Making between 50 and 75 calls a day, you will be able to identify customer needs and close sales. You will also be responsible for directing some prospects to the field sales team when required.


You will have a minimum of two years B2B telesales experience, be self motivated and have a proven record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach in building relationships with clients. You will have a good general education, a good knowledge of Maths and English as well as the skills to research potential sales opportunities. 


Salary £18k basic plus commission .

30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays ( with the opportunity to buy a further 5 days leave through salary sacrifice.
