An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator / Personal Assistant to assist this company's Managing Director and his team in providing the highest quality service to a small number of prestigious clients. The Person:
- An accomplished and highly numerate typist
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or as an Administrator
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new back office systems quickly and easily
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised, personable and hard working
- Financial Services experience is highly desirable, but not essential

Key Duties:
- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
- Typing of client reports, letters and emails (copy and audio)
- Preparing client communications using Microsoft Office
- Communicating with clients and internal contacts via telephone and e-mail
- Processing client transactions and using our back-office systems
- Investigating and dealing with client matters in a focused and courteous manner
- Completing other general administration duties as required

Hours of work for this position are 8.45am to 5.15pm and in return the company offers an attractive remuneration package, with a basic salary in the range £26,000 - £34,000 depending on experience, plus a six monthly bonus, excellent working environment and career prospects.
