Operating out of over 45 Branches around the UK and Ireland and across Europe, our Head Office facility is based in Langley, Slough. 

A vacancy has arisen in our Henchman Finance Team (A division of Rico Logistics Limited). This position is based in our Central London office. You will be working in a dynamic new business venture with massive and potential growth.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Preparation of daily reconciliation of expected costs to actuals cost summaries 
• Daily maintenance of PFS bank card reconciliation
• Reconciliation of credit card receipts to banking’s
• Assist with the creation of sales upload files
• Reconciliation of intercompany account movement with Head Office 
• Preparation of weekly flash report of total costs and expenses  
• Liaising with managerial staff and other Colleagues

Knowledge and Experience Required:

Previous cashing up and reconciliation experience essential 

Salary: £12 per Hour + Pension
Contract Type: Permanent part-time
Working Hours: Between 20 - 30 hours per week.
