Joining them as Sales Administrator, you will work alongside their Account Managers and cover all administrative elements in the delivery of the sales process. This role is key in facilitating the efficient functioning of the department – it demands a quick and accurate turn-around of information, data and documentation and has a wide variety of responsibility and changing priorities.

Delivering the appropriate level of support to ensure objectives are met, you will set up gas and electricity quotes to high levels of accuracy and take responsibility for quote calculation and validating the offers. Booking in and locking in contracts, you will update relevant systems with contract and contact details and maintain via phone an email, an excellent working relationship with Account Managers, customers and TPI’s.

With excellent communication skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, you be an experienced Administrator and have a strong customer focus. Self-motivated and committed to a high standard of performance, you will be able to build positive relationships and take ownership and accountability for quality of data management and accuracy of timelines of work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a pre-requisite, as is the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast moving, sales driven environment.
