Project Director - Bespoke Residential Developments
Your new company
My client are a third generation, family owned company who are based in the West Midlands. The company specialise in new build residential projects and urban regeneration schemes, project values are between GBP8m - GBP30m. Recently, my client have received various awards, for both design and quality of construction, with the most recent accolade being a National Award for the Best Development over 20 units.
Your new role
Reporting to the Company director, my client are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to initially manage a complex city centre project, which is based in the Cheltenham. The project is valued at GBP20m and is forecast to run for 24 months. It is a part regeneration and new build luxury apartment scheme. The successful candidate will be office and site based, however are flexible on the candidates preference.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for programme, quality, logistics, operational performance and client liaison. You will have a full on site team in place (site managers, foremen, Site QS etc.
What you'll need to succeed
It is highly desirable the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success, within a similar role in employment for a residential developer.
You will need experience of managing multiple projects within the residential sector, responsible for developments valued between GBP5m - GBP20m.
It is imperative you will have excellent problem solving and communication skills as you will be the main point of contact between the operational team and the client.
