We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Services Team Manager to lead a team of customer advisors providing first class customer service advice to tenants, staff, and other stakeholders of Two Rivers Housing. The role also carries out customer service performance analysis across the company to enable the development of process and delivery improvements that promote efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail and effective communication skills. We are looking for someone with the knowledge and experience to lead a team of customer advisors, support their development and hit weekly and monthly SLA and KPI performance targets.
To be considered for this vacancy, we require a track record within a similar customer service role, including experience of producing performance reports, linking performance with customer satisfaction and service improvement. You will need a good general standard of education and an excellent working knowledge of excel in order to analyse data trends, working with colleagues to improve service delivery across the company.
