As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible providing front line support to our client’s packaging, manufacturing and utility equipment. 

Ensuring that the production facility and general site is running efficiently on a day-to-day basis, you will lead or assist with continuous improvement projects to enable further advancements to processes. 

A major focus of your role will be Health and Safety. You will adhere to all H&S procedures at all times, especially whilst undertaking repairs and maintenance and will actively promote a Health & Safety conscious workplace. 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

- Reporting and repairing technical and equipment faults 
- Completing maintenance requests, GMP maintenance for equipment and planned preventative maintenance within SOPs 
- Providing technical assistance for new equipment as required 
- Training other team members are required 
- Drafting documentation surrounding equipment performance and testing 

To be considered, you must have previous experience as a maintenance engineer. 

Confident and enthusiastic, as a Maintenance Engineer, you must be able to work well, both alone and in a team. You must also have good communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. 

Please note, the current working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week comprising five eight-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch-break. The shift pattern will include working Saturdays and Sundays.
