Office Manager Position
Small profitable security company requires office manager.
Candidate must demonstrate bookkeeping and organizational competence. Must be able to work unsupervised and maintain companies high levels of service and customer focus. Duties will include -
Dealing with customers enquiries
Invoice and payment entry using Xero accounting system
Order packing and shipping
Experience: Candidate must be able to demonstrate several years experience of the above duties. Previous experience in security or construction sectors would be an advantage. Bookkeeping and experience with MS Office essential and familiarity with Mac operating systems preferred as all office systems are Mac based.
Location: Merthyr Tydfil
Hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11 per hour
Must have own transport
