The Opportunity

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for one A-Level school leaver and one graduate to pursue a career in financial services. The employment will be dynamic and extremely varied. We are offering a comprehensive training programme for both positions, leading to a Level 4 Diploma and Chartered status. You will have the opportunity to grow and expand your professional skills and in time, decide upon one of the many career paths available within our growing financial practice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with an experienced Financial Planner to prepare recommendations that will help clients to achieve their financial objectives
  • Attending client meetings and meetings with colleagues to help devise successful financial strategies
  • Market research, covering all tax and legal aspects of financial planning
  • Working with the investment team to compare and contrast investment strategies for individuals and businesses
  • Project work that will involve you reporting directly to the rest of the team every 6 weeks

  • Are prepared to invest time in additional study and learning to maximise their potential

The two positions are full-time Monday to Friday and will be based at our Loughborough office. Full benefit package provided with car parking (if required), generous pension provision and private medical insurance.
