GENERAL MAINTENANCE/GARDENER

Full time: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a General Maintenance Person to join our team.  The main function of this post will be to carry out general maintenance and property repairs and maintenance and other building related and gardening tasks including undertaking routine maintenance, testing, repairs and general gardening work.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and self-manage and will have time served or hold relevant qualifications, in Plumbing & heating, building and/or electrical works.  You may be required to work in remote and confined spaces, to work on ladders, portable tower and fixed scaffolding. The ability to understand and follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.  The post holder will be IT literate.   A valid driving licence is necessary.  

Works will be in various locations across Nottingham and Leicester. A commercial vehicle will be provided.
