A great opportunity to join a thriving MSP company who are passionate about technology & people. They are looking for skilled 3rd Line technician who thrives on resolving high level technical issues & implementing long term solutions.

The right candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent technical knowledge with a five star customer service. Reporting direct to the Technical Director you will join an established service desk operation in Billericay, Essex, with the potential to grow further within a company that promotes a healthy work / life balance.

To join their successful team you will need a number of the following key skills:
- Microsoft Server Operating System knowledge (2008, 2012 and 2016)
- Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems knowledge (XP, 7, 8 and 10)
- Experience of Microsoft Office 365 core products
- Experience of Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Experience of working in Data centre environments
- Experience of Firewalls and general Networking (Draytek, Fortinet and Cisco)
- 4+ years technical experience
- Previous exposure to a Help Desk ticketing system
- Proven track record in customer service
- Driving License

The following skills would also be advantageous:
- Voip Telephony solutions (3CX)
- Backup technologies (Veeam, CloudBerry)
- Microsoft SQL knowledge
- Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge
- Security Vulnerability Assessments (Qualys)
- Public cloud environments (Azure or Amazon)
- Linux Operating systems (Centos, Ubuntu etc)

This position will be based at our Billericay office and will involved occasional travel to customers sites, so is ideally suited to someone in the Essex region
