Stafforce Carlisle is recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client.
They are looking for an experienced and well organised administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the successful running of services within the Carlisle office. As an Administrator you will be dealing appropriately with routine administrative tasks, maintaining efficient information systems and a variety of duties aimed at the delivery of effective administrative support. Part of this role will include using a bespoke system and database.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be responding to enquiries made by email, letter or telephone or referring these on where necessary. You will also liaising with a variety of colleagues in your local team and throughout the wider society, so the ability to work collaboratively is desirable.
You must be extremely well organised with good time management. You will possess GCSE level in English and Maths (or equivalent), have good IT skills (including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint) and have previous administration experience. An understanding of the need for confidentiality is essential and experience of working with bespoke systems would be an advantage.
If you think you can demonstrate the skills required for this essential role, we would like to hear from you.
This role is on a temporary, ongoing (with the high possibility to go permanent), full time basis.
Own transport would be an advantage due to location of site.
