Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A legal 500 firm with an excellent local reputation are, due to continued growth, seeking an experienced residential conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a busy team in central Abingdon.

The firm are considered the market leaders in the area across a number of practice areas and are seeking an experienced solicitor or licensed conveyancer to manage a full caseload from initial stage to completion as well as some post-completion work.

The incoming solicitor will be experienced in freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, lease extensions, transfers of equity and will ideally also have an understanding of new build transactions.

The firm act for a wide range of clients across the Oxford and Abingdon area, including anything from first time buyers to high net worth cash buyers and property developers.
