Corporate Lawyer

Experienced corporate lawyer (5+ PQE or Partner designate)

My client, a boutique Legal 500 in London, are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer.

You will provide business advice to private and public companies in London and the South East from a range of industries, including the oil, gas and mining sectors.]

Work will include mergers and acquisitions, public take overs, sale and purchase agreements, AIM listings, joint ventures and international corporate work.

The firm are growing their AIM work which includes multimillion pound flotations, often with an international dimension. They are also working increasingly with clients who need advice on digital media, global branding and international commercial contracts.
