We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Complex Care Business Centre manager to work with one of the leading healthcare staffing providers in the UK. Our client has grown at over 30% year on year for the last 4 years running.

You will have a proven background in leadership and development within a healthcare or clinical service. You will lead and manage the business centre by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff, as well as maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates always. You will be able to deliver first class customer service to both current and prospective clients.

You will also be motivating your team to achieve set targets as well as developing a culture of participation and involvement. You will tackle any problems head on that may pose as a potential barrier to achieving results, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation.

It is essential that you have a proven background in leading or developing a healthcare or clinical service.

To be considered for this role you will need 3 years' experience in a fast-paced role, within a target driven environment. You will also need 2 years' experience of managing and motivating a team.
