This leading edge Business Services Organisation in Manchester are looking for a Sales Surveyor to join their Sales team.
The role:
• Manage enquiry pipeline and undertake viewings
• Drive deals through to completion
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships
• Negotiate with our existing customers to retain them within the portfolio
• Attend networking events to generate awareness and identify potential new customers
• Liaise with marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives
• Work effectively with other departments to deliver the company objectives and projects
The candidate: The successful candidate must:
• Have experience in working in target driven sales environment, driving deals to completion
• Be a skilled communicator; both written and verbal
• Be able to adapt pitches to suit customer requirements
This role would be suitable for someone with sales experience within the Serviced space or property industry.
