Trusts Manager

We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Inspired People we are currently looking for a Trusts Manager to come and join this passionate and cause driven team within a leading healthcare charity in the South West of England with a start date of late September / early October. The Trusts Manager role is a full time, permanent position and you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Trusts Manager role

Working closely with the Head of Partnership Fundraising and with one direct report plus skilled volunteers, your core accountability will be to implement the organisations income growth strategy from charitable trusts and foundations, meeting annual income targets and providing accurate and timely reports for donors.

You will manage a high value portfolio of partners and prospects and lead on proposal development, involving team members, internal delivery teams and colleagues in Finance to put together high quality and compelling written funding proposals.

What we're looking for in our Trusts Manager

You will need to bring significant experience in Trust & Foundation fundraising, with strong writing skills and a demonstrable track record in developing the highest quality proposals and applications. Proven ability to build long lasting and fruitful relationships with Trusts to secure ongoing support is also vital. Management experience would be helpful but is not crucial.
