Systems Architect - RF electronics

A Swindon based, specialist communications technology company are looking for a Senior Systems Architect (RF) to join their development engineer team.

You will be responsible for the architecture or the company's next and future generation products, of which there will be a wide, varied scope. You will be involved in the entire product cycle from requirements capture to acceptance.

You will work closely with hardware (and other) engineers, but the role will provide you with the freedom to do things your way and have a large input on the future of the company's products.

Role: Systems Engineer/Architect

Location: Swindon

Salary: Up to GBP55,000 (Flexible for the right candidate)

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting technical proposals
• Capturing customer requirements
• Research into new tech and solutions
• Systems design and creating specifications

You may also get involved in component level design working with Electronics engineers.

Key skills required:

• Architecture of RF based products
• Understanding of simulation tools
• Able to use PCB layout tools
• Degree in relevant discipline
