Joining our team as a Planner based in Wardley, you will provide comprehensive scheduling and administrative duties to the Responsive Repairs contract. Working within the Planning team you will provide excellent customer service to our residents whilst planning in the most cost effective and productive manner, driving KPI performance.
Managing and monitoring the status of work requests to the MCM systems you will constantly view and schedule all jobs and allocate works to relevant operatives alongside planning all ‘non’ emergency work. Candidates for this position will uphold the MCM calendar alongside liaising with Repairs Manager and Supervisor to prioritise workloads to trades and schedule works efficiently to ensure Right First Time/First Time Fix. Sending daily OOH reports to the client to raise call outs, you will monitor and action all variation requests in line with company procedures. The successful Planner will action Subcontractor completion reports whilst updating appointment slots for Subcontractors and Operatives. Managing jobs that potentially could go overdue, you will plan orders to be completed within target time coupled with reviewing and authorising job completion.
With experience of working in the Social Housing Maintenance Industry, the successful Planner will hold experience of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Candidates for this position will have experience of working with computerised systems, you will be a proficient user of Excel. An effective communicator, you will be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet targets. Above all, the successful Planner will possess a strong customer focus with ability to motivate others with the passion to thrive.
