Job description
*********, an established online survey/form builder web app with 3 million+ users is offering a front-end developer apprentiship.
This is primarily a front-end developer role using Angular 2/TypeScript but there will be some exposure to our C# / MSSQL / MVC backend. You will use the latest Visual Studio as your primary development environment.
Duties/ Daily tasks
- Learn to use the latest client-side technologies like AngularJS & TypeScript
- Bugfix/problem solving, technical service desk
- Work alongside our technical director to take ownership of challenging and rewarding front-end projects from start to finish
- Work on a large Single Page App or to develop embeddable JavaScript widgets
Qualities/ requirements
- A ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic web technologies such as CSS/HTML/Javascript
- Any exposure to front-end frameworks like angular would be of great benefit
- Any experience with OO languages, apps or game development, participation in open source projects or personal projects would be looked on favorably
Desired Qualification:
6 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C including Maths plus GCSE English (or equivalent) at grade D or above
Other Important Information
Daily working days/hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
