Are you a driven, hungry and motivated graduate, or perhaps an experienced sales professional looking for a change, who has the drive and ambition to make an immediate impact on an already highly successful team? On the back of a record breaking financial year for Taylor Hopkinson Associates, during which we have also attracted seven figure private equity investment, we are growing our professional consultancy team again in Glasgow.

You will be based out of our Head Office in the INOVO Industry Engagement Building, which forms part of Strathclyde University's International Technology and Renewable Energy Zone. Following an intensive induction and training and development programme you will work alongside an experienced Managing Consultant to provide research, resourcing, screening and assessment support to key accounts, interviewing and presentation of shortlists directly to clients, and also then developing and managing your own client accounts as you progress in your development.

What do we need from you?
  • Degree educated OR considerable work experience
  • Fluency in German, Dutch or French highly desirable - European or Asian language speakers we want to speak to you today!!!
  • Sales/business development experience would be beneficial
  • A history of achieving challenging targets (sporting, academic, charitable, etc.)
  • Competitive and adventurous nature
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of people
  • Intelligence and initiative
  • Enjoys challenge and a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Can change people's minds with persuasive and logical arguments

Our commission/bonus structure is way ahead of industry standards with our top band of commission being 40% of fee revenues for high performance.
