Customer Service Advisor

Hours: 39 hours per week working shifts between 8 am and 7pm Monday - Friday and 9 am - 5pm on Saturday.

Please also note that you will be required to work bank holidays on a rota basis

Our three exciting brands Well Pharmacy, Well Careplus and Bestway MedHub are changing the face of pharmacy. Based at our brand new Well Careplus office in Bristol, as a Customer Service Assistant you'll be one of the key points of contact for our care home customers and your role will be to manage and resolve a variety of inbound and outbound queries.

This role is key to providing our care home clients with a fantastic level of customer service and in turn you will be offered the chance to work within an experienced but fast paced and ever evolving function. This opportunity will offer you a platform to develop and refine your customer service skills with a variety of options for internal progression.

What you'll do:

• You'll provide an outstanding level of customer service to our care homes by working to our high level of customer service call standards
• Escalate and manage queries through to completion to ensure a satisfactory resolution
• You'll work closely with our Account Managers to ensure they are aware of any issues raised by the care homes
• Work efficiently in a fast paced environment to ensure all productivity KPI's are met/exceeded on a monthly basis to enhance our customer experience
• Provide technical support to clients for any Well Pad queries and also support the Branches with any medication delivery queries.

What you'll bring:

• You'll have previous experience of delivering a good level of customer service and a strong desire to provide a high level of customer service
