We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a highly motivated and experienced team to cover industrial and automatic work throughout the East Region (London, Reading, Luton, Guildford, Kent, Watford, Stevenage, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea).
The Industrial Door Engineer Team Leader Position:
As an Engineer Team Leader, reporting to the Field Territory Manager - East, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the East engineering team including resource planning, absence management as well as measuring the work performance of your team. You will be encouraging commercial awareness and business opportunities within the team as well as being proactive with your customer base.
Industrial Door Engineer Team Leader Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Computer literate
- Previous Industrial and Automatic Door Experience
Desirable:
- Previous experience with gates and barriers
- Relevant CSCS card
- Customer service experience
