Role: Air Conditioning Breakdown Engineer
Salary: GBP30K - GBP34K
Location: Home Counties & Greater London

- Overtime: Mon - Sat x1.5, Sundays & BH x2.
Call out 1 in 6: GBP15 a day Mon - Fri, GBP30 a day Sat - Sun, minimum payment of 4 hours.
Our client are a well established Facilities company who work with high end residential, offices, schools, healthcare and commercial buildings. They have a requirement for an air conditioning engineer due to growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will need to be experienced within the HVAC industry having carried out a Breakdown, Service & Maintenance position previously. You will need to be F-gas qualified, have a full driving licence. The work will be on prestigious sites around the Home Counties & Greater London.
1. To investigate, diagnose and remedy both commercial and domestic systems air conditioning faults including splits, multi-splits and VRV/VRF.
2. To identify required parts and labour for repair works.
3. To conduct planned preventative maintenance on commercial and domestic systems when required and to assist with the installation of both commercial and domestic systems when required.
