Job Description
This is a superb opportunity for an Operations Director, who has experience, in developing and importantly an operational strategy. As an Operations Director, you will lead, customer service, field operations, to drive to exceed exceptional customer service. Building growth and hitting revenue targets across the UK is paramount.
The Successful Applicant
As an experienced Operations Director you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Developing an operational strategy.
- Building business improvement process across the business.
- Leading and developing all operational staff including customer service.
- Supporting large strategic customer relations, at customer level.
- Man management leadership across a wide spectrum of operational staff.
- You will need to come from a B2B environmental background, with an understanding of six sigma and Kaizen.
- Knowledge of waste legislation is key.
- Working with best practice in a fast moving environment
- Full P & L responsibility
Benefits Package
Excellent Operations Director level salary and benefits package reflective of the size and responsibility of the role, including:
- Basic Salary - 70k
- Bonus potential 30%
- Car Allowance - GBP5850.00
- Pension company contribution 4%
- Healthcare
