£27, 902 per annum (pro-rated)

YMCA DownsLink Group is recruiting for a full time Support and Advice Team Leader for its busy support and advice drop-in at the Youth Advice Centre (YAC). 

This is a new role which will responsible for the day to day operational management and delivery of the integrated advice & counselling support service at YAC, facilitating a drop-in offering advice, guidance and support to young people aged 11 to 25 years olds.

YAC is an access point for young people to the Wellbeing Service as well as providing,EET advice, sexual health services, debt and benefits advice.

The worker will provide line management of the Youth Advice workers, Wellbeing Workers and Volunteer Coordinator.

YAC is a multi-agency centre and we are looking to recruit a skilled and qualified individual who has previous management experience, experience working with young people and has a good knowledge of local services and local strategic developments.
