As a Team Leader you will support the Care Home Manager in the day to day running of the home and providing supervisory support to the staff team.

About You

As a Team Leader, you will take your existing knowledge to the next level and will have increased responsibility in ensuring that the service they provide is exemplary, whether that be in enhancing the quality of life of their service users or completing necessary paperwork and reports. They will support you with this, but will require your commitment to achieve in return.

The following are generally considered necessary requirements:

  • Currently working within an organisation at Senior Level
  • Experience in shift leading
  • Ideally possess NVQ III or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge and Awareness of Company policies and procedures, Fundamental Standards of Quality & Safety, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Person Centered Planning and SOVA.
  • The ability to participate in the on-call Rota fully
  • Mandatory & Relevant training
  • Leadership, organisational and caring skills
  • Good Written & Verbal Skills
