The role:

German & English Speaking Customer Service Representative

They are looking for people who genuinely love to help others and always go the extra mile to get issues resolved.

All support requests are incoming via email and phone, they never do cold-calling.

Requirements:

- Fluent in written German and English
- Good communicator and active listener
- Excellent phone manner
- Fast typer

Informal office environment. No stuffy suits here, jeans and t-shirt are the norm.

This position is based in Putney, South-West London, SW15.
