Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Single-Skilled Tradesperson
Based in South Wales of the past 44 years, our client works with clients across the whole of the UK. They???re passionate about providing quality service, high standards of work and savings for their clients, many of whom have worked with them for many years.
They are currently looking to recruit time-served tradespeople; painters, decorators, tilers, plasterers, carpenters, roofers, electricians, plumbers etc (all trades may apply) to join their team in South Wales, working on mainly commercial properties as well as occasionally domestic.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to work well within a team and as an individual
- Minimum of 5 years experience / apprenticeship and be qualified / time served in their trade(s)
- Own tools
- UK Driving Licence holder
- Experience of working in commercial and domestic properties
- CSCS Card
- Ability to work/travel away, as and when required
- References will be required
All of the above are essential criteria for the applicant. However, it would also be an advantage if you had any asbestos awareness, working at heights, IPAF, health & safety or first aid certificates as well as supervisory experience, leading a team of 5/6 people although this is not essential. Estimating/Specifier (SSSTS/SMSTS) experience would be beneficial.
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will be discussed at interview stage. Travel elsewhere will be paid for as well as overnight accommodation if required. There is also a potential for bonus throughout the year.
