PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST (35 hours)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join our established team in our Winchester practice. The hours of work are Thursday 2:00pm - 7:00pm, Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 10:30am - 4:00pm, Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm, totalling 35 hours a week. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.

The successful candidate will meet and greet clients, book appointments, deal with any queries, take payments and interact with customers. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.

By joining our surgery, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. This is a hands-on role in a small, busy team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels.
