Accounts Assistant- Accounts and data entry person:
£18,000-£20,000 depending on experience

Combining all the numerical skills and experience to deliver full financial reporting and data on all sales, while assisting the development of key areas of profitability

Job Duties:

* Create full accounting records to reflect profit and loss
* Ensure consistency in profit management and records
* Provide guidance to staff and mangement regarding best practices reflecting data received.

The qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate are :

Ideally schooled and experienced in Bookeeping and Accounting, some experience with Data Collection and Analysis, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Disciplined and Attention to Detail.

However a candidate who can show intent and exceptional enthuiasm and potential for the position would be considered. We are not looking for a dye in the wool accounts data entry person, But somebody who can fit into the peronality of this enthusiastic company. Our company does not presently use Sage or Quickbooks. The accounts system is Excel based- a good working knowledge of Excel is important to this role. This system is believed to best help reflect some of the facets of this position that are required.

The positon is full time and the package available would reflect the candidates experience But would include:
