Our client is a well-established, corporate manufacturing organisation - employing a variety of people both white and blue collar. We are on the lookout for an experienced and commercially aware Junior HR Business Partner to add value to the HR function.
This role will be based at the Head Office in Northamptonshire. This is a multi-site role travel between all UK sites. This is a fantastic developmental role and will allow you to get involved with a variety of projects in order to gain more exposure into HR, eventually stepping up into a HRBP role heavily supporting the HRD. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £35,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have all the tools available to them to raise the standards in HR with the guidance of the Head of HR. There will be very clear and structured succession planning in place to develop into a HR Business Partner. The expectation is to develop your team around you and work with their capabilities to better deal with their own HR issues, whilst ensuring the HR foundations are in place and working effectively.
To be considered for this role:
*Experience of providing a highly generalist service to a multi-sited organisation;
*Been involved in multidisciplinary projects;
*Exposure of leading on proactive value-add HR initiatives including Talent Attraction,
*Employee Engagement, Performance Management etc.
*Experience manging employee engagement survey and initiatives
*Partner managers to develop high quality, relevant, value added development opportunities for all employees
*Work closely with Compensation & Benefits specialists to align reward profiles with a high performing organisation.
*Proactively build a network of HR professionals in similar roles
this is a key role within a highly successful organisation; you will work closely with the Head of HR that will look for you to continue developing as a HR practitioner and grow your career.

Key accountabilities and deliverables will include;
*To provide generalist HR advice, guidance, coaching and direction to the business, at all levels, covering each element of the employment life-cycle.
*To continuously improve HR service delivery, ensuring value added fit for purpose outcomes
*Facilitate and support change programmes, processes and initiatives of varying complexity
*Build relationships with key stakeholders in order to sustain a high performing business.
*Ideally you will have experience of working in an HR Advisory role and looking for that next step in your career. It would be advantageous if you came from a manufacturing/logistics background however this isn't essential. You will have strong communication skills and a desire for succeeding within the business.
