The Role: 

As the Group Finance Manager, you'll oversee the activities of our client's Finance Team. 

Taking a hands-on approach, you will: 

- Motivate and support the Management Accountant, Accounts Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk 
- Ensure the delivery of consolidated management accounts, cash flow management, statutory reporting, tax returns and R&D refunds 
- Oversee and assist with the preparation of analyses and commentaries 
- Perform financial reporting activities 
- Work with the FP&A to prepare and submit budgets and forecasting 
- Liaise with the Finance Team and Auditors to prepare year end statutory accounts 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience of producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts 
- Previous experience of preparing group consolidations 
- To be a qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent) 

Ideally, you'll have experience in the insurance or financial services sector, but this is not essential. Knowledge of Access accounting software would also be beneficial.
