Our client, offer complete industrial ventilation, filtration & hazardous area/air pollution control/monitoring systems, including design, supply, installation, commissioning/testing and after sales service. Duties & Responsibilities:
??? Produce detailed specifications & drawings
??? Producing project schedules / Gantt timelines
??? Supplier sourcing, organising, purchasing parts required, & ensuring consumable stock levels are maintained / organised
??? Assist with manufacturing scheduling, in order that fabrication is completed within timescales & budgets
??? Managing Installation Engineers
??? Site visits to ensure project is running smoothly & assisting with installation as required
??? Assist with commissioning & producing relevant documentation; O&M, technical manuals, CE marking, Initial Appraisals etc
??? Other sales & management duties as per full job description (available on request)
Candidate Requirements:
??? Qualified to degree Level, HNC/HND or NVQ 4, 5 or higher in relevant engineering discipline
??? Highly computer literate, ideally with AUTOCAD or other design software experience
??? Mechanical aptitude & very good analytical/problem solving/fault finding skills
??? Good communication & interpersonal skills
??? Good time management skills, ability to work to tight deadlines
??? Leadership and project management skills to incorporate training of staff
??? Have a ???can-do??? attitude, flexible approach & positive attitude
??? A full clean driving license, as travel will be required
??? Experience in DSEAR/ATEX, COSHH, occupational hygiene, manufacturing & process optimisation would be beneficial
??? Some understanding of industrial processes/controls would be an advantage
The position requires travel, generally covering the South of England and may require the occasional nights away from home.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of ??27-??33K per annum (overtime included). A regular performance review & continuous personal development with a range of training opportunities is also on offer.
