Business Support Administrator

This is an opportunity to join an established accountancy firm based in an impressive property in the heart of the town. .

From their Melton Mowbray base they support clients from a wide range of industries across the country. The client base consists of businesses, individuals and not for profit organisations which range from high net worth individuals and consultants to local retailers, the farming community and manufacturing.

They are now looking to expand their team in order to meet the needs of their growing client portfolio and are looking to recruit an excellent Office Administrator, with at least 2 years' experience, to support them on a fixed term basis.

The role is to provide a full range of administrative support to their clients and the whole team alike. Duties involve:

- Reception duties
- Meeting and greeting clients and looking after their needs whilst on the premises
- Ensuring that security and health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
- Managing the post / courier requirements
- Banking cheques locally
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Maintaining supplies of refreshments and kitchen duties
- Database communications
