Our client is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car or rail.
The college are currently recruiting to the following position:
Casual Learning Support Assistants
up to £11.06 per hour
Our client is looking for suitably enthusiastic and committed individuals who can help students develop skills and grow into independence. You could be working in a variety of different vocational contexts which require good organisational skills and confidence using IT for administrative tasks and are looking particularly for people who feel that they have the skills to help students not only improve but also enjoy English and maths.
You must work well in a team and be able to work efficiently and effectively with other staff. Understanding of and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have emotional and/or behavioural problems is a must. If you think that you meet these criteria, please apply.
